應(yīng)力腐蝕是指在拉應(yīng)力作用下，金屬在腐蝕介質(zhì)中引起的破壞。這種腐蝕一般均穿過(guò)晶粒，即所謂穿晶腐蝕。應(yīng)力腐蝕由殘余或外加應(yīng)力導(dǎo)致的應(yīng)變和腐蝕聯(lián)合作用產(chǎn)生的材料破壞過(guò)程。應(yīng)力腐蝕導(dǎo)致材料的斷裂稱(chēng)為應(yīng)力腐蝕斷裂。
